Anna Baker Cresswell
Anna Baker Cresswell is the Founder and Development Director of the charity HighGround. The charity explores the benefits of Horticultural Therapy as in intervention for injured service personnel, whilst also providing opportunities and experience to ex-military people who are keen to go into land-based employment after leaving the forces.

David Greenwood
David Greenwood served in the Royal Electrical Mechanical Engineers regiment of the British Army as a recovery mechanic for just under 24 years. During his service he was deployed to countries such as Iraq for the second Gulf War and Afghanistan.

John Handling
John Handling is the Health, Safety and Wellbeing Manager at Perth and Kinross Council, after leaving the military in 2004​ where he worked as a Human Resource/ Unit Training Officer. After leaving the military John started volunteering at SSAFA- the Armed Forces charity.

Neil Holmes
Neil Holmes served in the Royal Electrical Mechanical Engineers regiment of the British Army for just over 22 and a half years. He left the Services in 2014 after being involved in operations in Iraq and Northern Ireland.

Andy Whittingham
Andy Whittingham attends the Christchurch Armed Forces Breakfast Club every fortnight. The Breakfast Club provides an opportunity for veterans and serving-personnel to engage with each other and network.
